We are looking for a Graduate Transformation Analyst to join our motivated and creative team in our Consulting team.

We are currently seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as a Graduate Apprentice. This is a unique opportunity for you to gain practical experience, earn a salary, and achieve a fully funded MSc in Digital and Technology Solutions.

As a Graduate with ITI Group, you will have a tailored development plan over a 2-year period to support your development and career progression. 

 

Salary – Up to £28,500 depending on skills

Please note: you'll be required to reside within an hour of any of our England offices to enable collaboration with the team.

SUMMARY OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Over the length of the programme, you will:

  • Analyse customer requirements, generating user stories, ensuring they meet the client’s business needs, value and ultimately tackling real business challenges.
  • Join customer meetings/workshops to gather requirements.
  • Documenting both software and business processes.
  • Assist in onsite end user training and support the business to achieve a seamless transition to new systems.
  • Join internal team meetings with developers and architects to work on the solutions.
  • Attend post implementation reviews to gather customer feedback on our project, solution and value achieved.
  • Understand and agree with the customer the success criteria and a reasonable test plan.
  • Travel to UK & Oversees client and partner sites – sometimes extended hours may be required to be worked.
  • Work towards the successful completion of your Apprenticeship Qualification. 

THE APPRENTICESHIP

This structured 2-year Graduate Apprenticeship program combines work-based learning with academic study. Our apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with leading apprenticeship providers throughout the UK, you will work alongside experienced Consultants on real-life projects, develop your technical skills, and study to complete a recognised qualification in Digital and Technology Solutions.

Our Apprenticeship programmes are made up of a number of critical components, each designed to ensure that we develop well rounded colleagues who have both the experience, exposure and knowledge to deliver great performance.

You will be a valued member of our team from Day 1 and learn to work on real projects from the get-go. From gaining hands-on experience to participating in networking events and structured learning sessions, you’ll get a unique development experience.

As an integral part of your apprenticeship your progress will be monitored and assessed against government standard requirements. You will compile an evidence folder, demonstrating your areas of learning with accredited certificates of completion for elements of your training. Within the last six months of your apprenticeship, you will undertake an assessment by an independently appointed organisation, where you will be expected to clearly demonstrate your capability to perform in your chosen career.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grades 9 to 4 (Grades A* to C) including Mathematics, English Language and one Science or Engineering subject (Other equivalent qualifications may be considered).
  • A first or second-class UK Honours degree in a relevant science, engineering or related discipline, or the international equivalent of these UK qualifications.
  • Alternative relevant qualifications, together with significant experience, may be considered.

 Please note: Candidates must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject.

 

Skills and experience:

·       An interest in innovative technologies and delivery mechanisms.

·       An interest in continuous improvement / process improvement using LEAN methodologies.

·       An interest in and knowledge of manufacturing systems. (ERP, PLM, MES, SCADA, LIMS, CMMS)

·       An interest in and knowledge of automation (IOT, PLC’s, SCADA).

·       A working knowledge of Microsoft software products is desirable.

·       Ability to communicate effectively, adapting different styles where appropriate.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to prove they have the right to work in England.
  • Candidates must hold a passport or have the ability to obtain one.
  • Candidates may be required to achieve appropriate security and medical clearances; these will be instigated on receiving a conditional offer of employment.
