Champion AI and its applications within your organisation

In this role, you’ll discover and devise new data-driven artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to automate and optimise business processes and to support, augment and enhance human decision-making. You’ll work with datasets that are too large, too complex, too varied or too fast, that make traditional approaches and techniques unsuitable or unfeasible. You’ll champion AI and its applications within your organisation and promote adoption of novel tools and technologies, informed by current data governance frameworks and ethical best practices. You’ll deliver better value products and processes to the business by advancing the use of data, machine learning and AI, and using novel research to increase the quality and value of data within the organisation and across the industry. During the artificial intelligence data specialist apprenticeship you’ll initiate new projects in an agile environment, and collaboratively maintain technical standards within AI solutions applied across the organisation and its customers. You’ll also lead research into AI and its potential application within the business.

Duration: 24 months

Entry requirements for the artificial intelligence data specialist apprenticeship: Depend on employer, but likely a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience

Achievement upon completion: Level 7 (Degree)—equivalent to a master’s degree

Potential salary upon completion: £40,000
