As part of the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC), our apprentices are perfectly placed to draw on the experience of an elite Russell Group university and the resources of a world leading research and innovation organisation, whose partners include global powerhouses like McLaren, Boeing, Heineken, Rolls-Royce, and Stanley Black & Decker.

With the support of industry, we have developed a flexible portfolio of high-quality apprenticeships, at advanced, higher and degree level, that enable our students to earn as they learn and gain nationally recognised qualifications, all paid for by their employer. Our courses provide our students with the foundations for a rewarding career in some of the world’s most innovative industries.

Our team pride themselves on supporting you every step of the way throughout your apprenticeship journey: from helping you complete your application, to finding the right employer, through to visiting you in your workplace. We want our apprentices to thrive when they are with us and our responsibility also extends to offering support for mental health, disability and dyslexia, financial concerns, physical health and academic help.
