During the recruitment resourcer apprenticeship, you’ll identify, attract and shortlist candidates, as well as provide support, for any organisation that requires a recruitment function. Entry requirements for the recruitment resourcer apprenticeship: Depend on employer, but likely GCSEs or equivalent qualifications or experience

Achievement upon completion: Level 2 (Intermediate)—equivalent to GCSEs

Potential salary upon completion: £18,000 per annum
