Imagine yourself as a British Sugar apprentice 

Our apprenticeship schemes offer a fantastic way to start your career with the UK’s only sugar producer using farm-assured beet crops, partnering with over 2,300 growers nationwide.

Whether you’re finishing school or college, or considering a career change, an apprenticeship at British Sugar allows you to earn while you learn. You’ll spend around 80% of your time gaining hands-on experience, working alongside our experts, and 20% of your time working towards a fully funded qualification, all while receiving a salary and benefits.

Our apprenticeships typically last 2.5 to 4.5 years, after which you’ll move into your first role within the business, equipped with valuable skills, experience and confidence.
