Historic Royal Palaces is a team of people who love and look after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world and their magnificent historical gardens.

The Early Careers Coordinator and Mentoring Apprentice will support the delivery and development of Historic Royal Palaces’ early careers programmes, including apprenticeships, work experience and mentoring initiatives. Alongside day-to-day coordination responsibilities, the post holder will complete the Level 4 Learning and Skills Mentor apprenticeship standard, developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to support and mentor learners in the workplace.

While completing your apprenticeship, key responsibilities will be:

• Early Careers Coordination
• Mentoring and Learner Support
• Mentoring Programme Coordination
• Engagement and Communication
• Learning and Development (Apprenticeship)

This role plays a key part in ensuring early career participants have a positive, inclusive and well-supported experience at Historic Royal Palaces .

Due to the nature of this role awareness of apprenticeship or work-based learning environments. (preferably 1st hand knowledge of undertaking an apprenticeship recently)

We do have some essential criteria in order to be successful in your application:

• You must be 18 years old or over
• You must not have completed a degree or equivalent level qualification in the UK or elsewhere.
• You must be able to commute to your assigned place of work
• Must be able to commit to the full duration of the apprenticeship
