Use AI and automation to improve how businesses work
As an AI and automation practitioner apprentice, you’ll learn how to use artificial intelligence and digital tools to make everyday business tasks faster, easier, and more efficient. You’ll work with systems and processes to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
During your apprenticeship, you’ll develop skills in analysing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing automated solutions using low-code or no-code tools. You’ll learn how to connect systems, build digital workflows, and apply AI tools to solve real business problems.
You’ll also gain an understanding of how to use AI responsibly, including data protection, ethics, and ensuring solutions are safe and effective. You’ll work with different teams across a business, helping them adapt to new systems and improve the way they operate.
You’ll need strong problem-solving skills, curiosity about technology, and good communication to work with others and understand business needs. Attention to detail is important when building and testing automated processes.
With experience, you could progress into roles such as automation specialist, digital transformation lead, data specialist, or AI-focused roles.
