Early Careers

BAM has a genuine commitment to developing our people and we have a dedicated Early Careers team who run a range of Apprenticeship programmes for both new apprentices to the business and the upskilling of existing employees. Our Apprenticeship Programmes

• Level 4 – 6 Technical Apprenticeships: Covering areas such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Services and Digital.
• Level 2 – 6 Specialist Apprenticeships: Including Level 2 trades, Level 3 Business Administration, Level 3 Data technician, Level 4 Data Analyst, Level 4 Corporate social responsibility, Level 4 Quality Practitioner, Level 3 Supply Chain Practitioner, Level 3 Facilities Management, Level 5 Coaching, Level 7 Risk Management, Level 4 & Level 6 Building Services.
• Scotland Graduate Apprenticeships: Covering areas such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying.
