On-site installation of replacement and new build fenestration products
During the fenestration installer apprenticeship, projects you may work on could include installing windows, doors and bi-fold doors in homes and public houses, or large new-build office and housing developments. You’ll work on-site both in and outside of buildings, sometimes at height and in all weather conditions. You’ll be responsible for completing your own work, with minimal supervision, ensuring the end result meets installation quality standards and deadlines. Following your apprenticeship, you can progress to more specialist occupations through further training, such as curtain walling, surveying, and working on high-rise or high-risk buildings.
