Additionally, you’ll have financial responsibilities like reconciling bank statements and preparing cash-flow forecasts. Customer service is a key aspect of your role, as you’ll address inquiries and provide information on pension benefits and investment options. Working within a team under supervision, you’ll manage your workload independently while ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all tasks. Throughout your pensions administrator apprenticeship, you’ll develop essential skills to support pension scheme operations effectively. Once you have completed your apprenticeship, possible future job titles might include finance worker, pensions administrator, and workplace pensions administrator.
