“Providing jobs and careers advice to unemployed people, to improve their employability skills and aid in their search for a position”

They are usually delivered on behalf of government departments such as the Department for Work & Pensions. An advanced apprentice, you’ll be able to undertake various roles, from a job coach, working with individuals to identify their career aspirations and develop plans to help them to move into their desired employment, to tutor, which would see you working with groups to improve their employability skills, working on job searches, and interview techniques. You’ll develop in a particular role, widen your skills to move into other roles within the sector, and aid your progression into management.
