Our Apprenticeships
We understand that for some, ambition can’t wait and our firm champions alternative routes into your chosen profession. Whether you’re leaving school/college or changing career, our apprenticeship programmes offer formal qualifications, protected study time, an abundance of support and hands on experience through paid on-the-job learning. We launched our first apprenticeship in 2014 and since then we’ve gone from strength to strength. Our proudest moment came in January 2017 when we won Best Large Newcomer at the National Apprenticeship Awards.

We recruit annually for our legal apprenticeships with applications opening in the Autumn term each year and our business support apprenticeships are offered on a business need basis throughout the year.
Eligibility varies depending on the apprenticeship you’re looking to undertake. Our legal apprenticeships require 3 x A-levels as a minimum and our support opportunities vary with some looking for a minimum of 5 x GCSEs at A-C/9-4.
