“This apprenticeship will train you in the creation and execution of a marketing plan for products or services”
Marketing involves several specialisms, including: direct marketing (communicating directly with the consumer via mailings, emails or telephone calls); market research (gathering and analysing information on customers, competitors and the market); and public relations (the public image of your product or organisation). The intermediate and advanced apprenticeships cover all of these areas. Within the apprenticeship, you’ll likely work as an assistant or executive. You’ll learn how to create and execute a plan for products or services, help manage budgets and distribution plans, and carry out research. As an advanced apprentice, you may be employed in a more senior role.
