Details: During this level 3 apprenticeship you’ll provide support for the operational running of the IT network infrastructure and IT resources. You’ll work on the IT helpdesk, monitoring, recording, prioritising and updating incidents and be responsible for maintenance of hardware including workstations, laptops, printers, projectors, interactive whiteboards and audio systems on a day-to-day basis. Details: You will play an integral role in supporting all aspects of laboratory and study functions for testing and developing work during this level 3 apprenticeship.
