“Project management involves overseeing complex and challenging projects from inception to completion”
Successful project delivery is at the heart of many businesses and organisations and the project management apprenticeship is a great way to gain work experience and get your foot on the ladder. Everything with a defined start, end and purpose—from a high-profile sporting event to organising a party—can be considered a project. It’s the role of project managers to plan, execute and close any project. The best project managers are organised, disciplined and team players. As an apprentice, you may be involved in problem-solving, allocating resources, assigning tasks, forecasting future trends, or analysing and designing objectives and events. On completion, you’ll gain significant experience and knowledge, and will be able to work towards full membership of the Association of Project Management.
