As a Lovell apprentice, you learn your trade on the job, working towards a nationally recognised qualification while you earn.
Our apprentices enjoy a combination of practical, on-the-job learning and first-class teaching. You’ll spend one day in every five at college, where you’ll get the instruction you need to build and develop your skills. But you’ll start working on-site as soon as possible, putting your training into practice under the careful mentoring of an experienced tradesperson.
Your college fees and travel costs will be covered, and you’ll be paid every week for the work you do on-site. You’ll get 21 days of paid leave a year, plus bank holidays. But best of all, you’ll get the chance to make new friends and start building your professional reputation among colleagues, customers, and sub-contractors.
