We are a team of people who love and look after six of the most beautiful palaces in the world and our ambition is to be a charity for everyone, starting with our own employees.
We are looking for the next generation of Historic Royal Palaces’ employees to help look after these amazing palaces and to achieve our vision to be a Charity for Everyone.
Our aim is to open the Heritage industry up to all, which is why our programmes invite applications from those without a degree education and only include L3 entry requirements when the apprenticeship standard dictates that.
The apprentice scheme offers non-traditional career entry routes into our sector which helps us deliver our ambition to become a charity for everyone.
Our intention is to create a sector leading apprentice programme and link it in with our broader ambition to create a diverse talent pipeline throughout Historic Royal Palaces, opening up the industry to those who may previously have thought it not an industry for them.
Our ambition is to create an industry leading programme that not only encourages new diverse talent into the sector but also supports them to offer the best learning experience it can.
Our programmes combine educational training, on-the-job experience, support and mentoring. We will pay you an attractive salary during your apprenticeship, and you will also learn from experienced colleagues to help you create the foundation for your future career.
Who will it appeal to: Anyone looking for a fulfilling career without having to go the traditional university route.
