What is your current role?
I am currently a HR degree apprentice within the Future Careers team. I am currently enrolled in a three-year degree apprenticeship course, in partnership with York St John University, where I am completing my Chartered Management Degree. This role involves coordinating training programs, supporting the development of apprentices, and ensuring the smooth execution of apprenticeship schemes across various levels.
What has been the highlight of your time at Unilever?
A highlight from my time at Unilever was in the first few months of my apprenticeship, I had the incredible opportunity to lead National Apprenticeship Week for the Future Careers team. Organizing this event for all apprentices across the UK was an amazing experience. We had around 566 attendees and created 14 hours of engaging content.
