Molly Fletcher
Newly Qualified Solicitor
Molly joined Weightmans in 2021 after completing a Paralegal Apprenticeship at a different firm of solicitors. She then moved on to the final four years of the Solicitor Degree Apprenticeship at Weightmans, during which time she achieved a first-class law degree and excelled in both SQE1&2 with top quintile scores.
Throughout her apprenticeship Molly gained experience in several areas of law including Healthcare, Police and Large Loss, before finally qualifying into Regulatory.
She is Weightmans first qualified Solicitor to have completed the apprenticeship route and has overcome several obstacles in her path in order to do so.
Molly is always keen to share her experience of the apprenticeship route to help and support others who are starting out on this pathway.
