Four Winds Equestrian is a BHS approved Riding school & Livery yard near Spalding, Lincs. They are looking for a senior equine groom to join their team. This is the ideal apprenticeship for someone looking to further develop their career in the equine industry. 

Final shift pattern to be discussed and agreed with the successful applicant. There is no accommodation or livery available on-site so please ensure you are able to make your way to and from the yard each day.

16 hours a week

All usual yard duties would be included such as:

• Applicants must already have good foundation skills and knowledge of working with horses but there will be plenty of support to improve. Also, opportunity for regular lessons and chance to compete at our shows
• Ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop skills in coaching
• Mucking out
• Turning out and bringing in
• Keeping the yard clean and tidy

This role will require working outdoors in all weather conditions, so any applicant must be able and willing to do this.
