As a fitted interiors installer apprentice, you’ll prepare and install furniture in various spaces like homes, offices, and even boats. Your main tasks involve working with designs and plans to set up kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and office furniture to meet customer needs. This role requires you to handle everything from project management to actual installation. Your day-to-day responsibilities during the fitted interiors installer apprenticeship will include interpreting plans, surveying installation sites, and modifying designs as needed. You’ll prepare areas for assembly, organise furniture components, and work alongside other professionals like electricians and plumbers to ensure everything fits perfectly. You’ll also manage projects and ensure high-quality service to exceed client expectations. This job involves transporting materials, making on-site preparations, assembling and securing furniture, and installing fixtures and appliances. You’ll build relationships with customers, boosting their confidence in your services and fostering future business opportunities.
