Preserve, restore, re-manufacture, service and repair historic engineering achievements

As a heritage engineering technician, your role revolves around preserving and restoring priceless historical artifacts that lack proper documentation. Through thorough research, you’ll uncover their stories and ensure accurate restoration. You’ll meticulously assess and document damage and deterioration, while also breaking down projects into key components for detailed recording. Entry requirements for the heritage engineering technician apprenticeship: Depend on employer

Achievement upon completion: Level 3 (Advanced)—equivalent to A-levels

Potential salary upon completion: £21,000 per annum
