Create and sustain successful tenancies in the private and social rented housing sectors
The housing and property management apprenticeship is customer facing and primarily responsible for the creation and sustainment of successful tenancies in the private and social rented housing sectors. The work can be varied and often addresses complex matters, such as supporting people to live independently, as well as property-related responsibilities. In a housing or property management role, you’ll enjoy a degree of independent working with minimum supervision, while working with the wider organisation or team, communities and external partners. You’ll develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become proactive in finding solutions to problems and identifying areas for improvement. You’ll take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your work and its administration and may have some supervisory responsibility for other people.
