The UK’s largest provider of skills development programmes said in a press release, “We’ve invested heavily in technology and learner support systems, and it’s paying off!”
Lifetime is currently delivering apprenticeships and training to over 20,000 learners across numerous sectors including hospitality, retail, and early years childcare.
An impressive 92% of learners believe their chosen programme will help them achieve their career goals, and 87% express satisfaction with their learning experience. This positive feedback underscores the effectiveness of Lifetime’s approach to education and training.
Inclusive learning environment
Inclusivity stands at the heart of Lifetime’s mission. The Ofsted report commended the organisation’s dedication to supporting learners with additional educational needs and disabilities. Upgraded support systems, a new learner management platform, and enhanced teaching methods also contribute to a more engaging and effective learning experience for all.
Leadership and continuous improvement
Under new leadership, Lifetime has made significant strides in curriculum design and overall learning experience. These improvements have been pivotal in securing the ‘Good’ rating and reflect the organisation’s ongoing efforts to remain at the forefront of skills development in the UK.
Collaboration: the key to success
