Hazlewoods welcomes 38 new accounting apprentices

This September, Hazlewoods welcomed 38 new apprentices into the firm.

The ACA graduate cohort kicked off with a week-long induction at Kingsholm. As well as IT and HR inductions, they took part in icebreaker activities, a self-awareness session and a Q&A session with managers and current apprentices from across the firm. The latter part of the week was spent with our study provider First Intuition for an introduction to the apprenticeship and a two-day bookkeeping course

Now, these new starters are diving into their roles across multiple departments.

Apprentices are placed across a number of specialist teams including audit, tax, corporate finance, farms and estates, healthcare, legal, veterinary, pharmacy and SMEs and start-ups.

AAT school leaver apprentices have also begun their career with Hazlewoods. They also started with an induction week, before beginning work at our offices next week.
