The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) is seeking candidates for several apprenticeships, with applications being accepted until 1 March
The RHS apprenticeship programme, while working alongside industry experts, offers a variety of exciting opportunities to embark on a rewarding career in horticulture, which can include:
- Garden maintenance
- Landscaping
- Garden design
- Scientific research
- Production
- Sales
And don’t forget, many apprentices go on to start their own business.
If you love working outdoors, want to protect the environment, gain a deeper connection with nature and like hands-on work, then the RHS apprenticeship programme could be your springboard to a successful and fulfilling career.
An apprenticeship role, whether it be the horticultural operative or arborist, is an integral part of the RHS garden team and you will learn vital lifelong horticultural skills as well as grow in confidence.
You will be encouraged to assert your creativity, ideas and innovation, and see the rewards of your work with amazing floral displays and borders loved by visitors and members.
The RHS is looking for people who are enthusiastic, have a hunger to learn and huge passion for the great outdoors. Whether you are looking for your next opportunity after school or career changer, applications are open to anyone over the age of 16, and the RHS welcomes applicants from ethnically diverse backgrounds. Applications close on 1 March 2021.
