British Airways offer nine different graduate schemes and 11 apprenticeship options. The 11 apprenticeship options include data science, business professional, customer service, customer service advisor (Manchester only), engineering supply chain, ground operations, aircraft maintenance (Heathrow, Glasgow, and Cardiff only).
Competition is high – so why apply?
In 2023 alone, BA received over 20,000 applications, a massive 86% increase for graduate schemes and a 61% rise in apprenticeship applications since 2022. But why the buzz? British Airways’ apprentices and graduates are valued team members who bring fresh ideas and energy to the business
