Chris Harrison’s career has gone from strength to strength through the KFC retail management trainee scheme
Training with KFC has enabled Chris to move through a variety of roles and he is now working towards becoming a restaurant manager.
“KFC’s retail management trainee scheme has given me a fantastic opportunity to move up in my career,” said Chris. “In my first few weeks I worked as a team member, learning each station and the basics of a KFC restaurant. I then moved into team leader training, followed by training in leading a restaurant, where I learnt how to run the business, taking on more advanced responsibilities within the restaurant.”
“It’s amazing how much there is to learn about chicken and chips! It was a truly eye-opening experience and I learnt a lot about myself as I formed my management style. I am now a fully qualified assistant manager working towards training to be a restaurant manager.
