Charlie Bateman gets hands-on experience with a level 3 apprenticeship in business administration with Lynx Properties and Sussex Coast College Hastings
“I am completing a level 3 apprenticeship in business administration with Lynx Properties and Sussex Coast College Hastings. I chose an apprenticeship after completing my A-levels as I felt it gave me experience in the workplace, while at the same time gaining more qualifications.”
“This is the main reason I like my apprenticeship, as I get more qualified while gaining work experience and this sets me up for the future. The role is varied and am I constantly doing different things, from working with the mortgage team, to answering the phones to tenants.”
