Details: Duties of the level 3 apprenticeship will include diagnosing, supporting and rectifying all ICT related issues utilising a range of ICT technologies via a call logging system. You’ll need a customer focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude with an eagerness to learn, as you will be providing technical support to non-technical colleagues.

IT Technical Sales

Details: This level 3 apprenticeship will include conducting market research and identifying target individuals and organisations. You’ll provide technical support to clients, emphasising long-term relationships, targeting outreach and marketing, and providing quotes on demand. Plant Maintenance Apprenticeship

Details: The level 2 apprentice fitter will be trained to carry out planned maintenance activities to ensure that plants operate safely and reliably. Once qualified, the role will include PDIs, safety LOLER inspections, servicing and general damage repairs.

Site Facilities Apprentice

Details: The level 2 apprentice at Whitecrest Primary School will see you provide day-to-day response to the site, staff and students, as you assist the site manager. Duties could include the collection and delivery of items, litter picking, cleaning, lifting, setting out areas, internal and external works, which may include grounds work.

Heritage Engineering Apprenticeship

Details: This level 3 apprenticeship combines old-school mechanical engineering with cutting-edge technology. You will assist skilled engineers with preservation, maintenance and restoration of classic BMWs and Porsches. Apprentices will be taught about the history and development of vehicle systems, components, materials, servicing, tuning, transmissions and drivetrains, chassis, suspension, steering, braking and electrics. The programme also includes technical drawing, welding, business studies and diagnostics.

Plumbing and Heating Technician Apprenticeship
