The chartered manager apprenticeship is designed to develop you into a professional who can take responsibility for people, projects, operations and services. The ‘chartered’ status will provide professional recognition of your ability to deliver impact, behave ethically and demonstrate your commitment to continual learning and development. One of the benefits of this apprenticeship is that it can be offered by, undertaken at, and ultimately utilised across sectors and organisations. As an apprentice, you’ll aim to become a professional manager working at a strategic and operational level, with management and leadership responsibility for setting and delivering objectives through a range of functions. On completion, you’ll achieve a bachelor’s degree in management and business.

 

Duration: 48 months

Relevant school subjects: Business studies

Entry requirements for the chartered manager apprenticeship: A-levels or equivalent qualifications, or existing relevant level 3 qualifications, and English, maths and ICT at level 2

Achievement upon completion: Level 6 (Degree)—equivalent to a bachelor’s degree

Potential salary upon completion: £35,000 per annum
