Digital user experience (UX) professional apprenticeship

Investigate, analyse and design the experience that people have with digital products and services

As a digital user experience (UX) professional you will investigate, analyse and design the experience that people have with digital products and services, both current and emerging, in order to find ways that these interactions can be improved over time. During the digital user experience professional apprenticeship you’ll interact with internal and external parties, including stakeholders, customers and team members to ensure the effective implementation of UX solutions. Your work will be mainly office-based and you will be responsible for leading the application of user-centred designs, tools and techniques across the full lifecycle of the digital product, from research and development, through to its continuous improvement, and even product retirement. On completion, you’ll gain a BA or BSc digital UX degree.
