Working for small, medium or large organisations that sit within any of the public, private or third sectors, during the senior people professional apprenticeship you’ll be a key component of virtually all types of business models where there is a workforce to support and manage. The broad purpose of the role is to improve practices in companies in order to drive performance and effectiveness. You’ll learn how to analyse future workforce trends with the ability to provide insight into analytics to enable you to influence senior stakeholders and make recommendations for change. As well as the core learning, during the apprenticeship you will choose to specialise in either human resources, learning and development or organisational development.

Entry requirements for the senior people professional apprenticeship: Depend on employer, but likely A-levels or equivalent qualifications or experience.
Achievement upon completion: Level 7 (Higher)—equivalent to a master’s degree
Potential salary upon completion: £30,000
