Even prior to the budget update, Bright Horizons was recognised for its sector-leading approach to apprentice pay. The company sets the benchmark with apprentice rates starting at an impressive £10.42 per hour, rising to £11.98 per hour.
Janine Leightley, HR director at Bright Horizons, said, “It was pleasing to see in the recent Autumn Statement that apprentices will get a rise. We are proud to say that we already have established improved levels of pay as well as well as other forms of support for our highly valued apprentices.
The company emphasises its commitment to quality learning by partnering with high-calibre learning providers who deliver apprenticeship programs through both online and face-to-face methods.
As Leightley explains, “Our approach is adapted to meet individual learning styles and differentiated to support everyone.”
Bright Horizons currently offers a range of apprenticeship opportunities, with nearly 500 apprentices actively contributing to the company’s success.
