JP Morgan, the US investment bank, is planning to offer master’s degree-level apprenticeships to its employees in Bournemouth and London in a bid to attract the top talent in financial services.
According to the Financial Times, JP Morgan is teaming up with the University of Exeter Business School to offer master’s degree study through a financial services apprenticeship, which will take four years to complete and is open to new recruits in London and Bournemouth.
The first group of students—up to 20 at vice president level and above—will begin their master’s studies next month.
Phillip Paige, executive director and UK early years lead at JP Morgan, was quoted as saying: “We have no doubt that this partnership will help us attract even stronger candidates to our programmes.”
