Manage client portfolios and provide conveyancing legal services
A licensed conveyancer is a specialist property lawyer who deals with all legal matters arising from the transfer of ownership of land or property. As an apprentice, you’ll work toward being licensed to provide legal advice and carry out work in connection with any transaction that creates, varies, transfers or discharges a legal or equitable interest in any real property. Your clients will span the residential, commercial and agricultural sectors, and will likely include private individuals, commercial and charitable organisations, and mortgage lenders, such as banks and building societies. Completion of the licensed conveyancer apprenticeship will enable you to become eligible to apply for a professional licence to provide the reserved activity of conveyancing to members of the public and businesses.
