Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process 

During the recruitment resourcer apprenticeship, you’ll identify, attract and shortlist candidates, as well as provide support, for any organisation that requires a recruitment function. You may also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities. A career in recruitment may appeal to you if you possess an entrepreneurial outlook. Duration: 12 months

Relevant school subjects: Business studies

Entry requirements for the recruitment resourcer apprenticeship: Depend on employer, but likely GCSEs or equivalent qualifications or experience

Achievement upon completion: Level 2 (Intermediate)—equivalent to GCSEs

Potential salary upon completion: £22,000 per annum
