A retail leader demonstrates vision and drive to achieve excellence in customer service and profitability. During the retail leadership apprenticeship, you’ll act as a brand ambassador and will lead, motivate and develop a team of retail employees, to deliver sales and profit targets. You’ll do this while operating within and championing the parameters of the company values and ethos. Retail leaders will likely occupy an area, store, departmental, senior online customer, senior digital or commercial manager role. Retail leaders work in a variety of environments, increasingly including online, in both food and non-food markets. On completion, you’ll achieve a degree in retail management.

Entry requirements for the retail leadership apprenticeship: Depend on employer

Achievement upon completion: Level 6 (Degree)—equivalent to a bachelor’s degree

Potential salary upon completion: £30,000 per annum
