Business-to-business sales professional: Using insights, critical thinking and commercial judgement, you’ll work to deliver commercial benefit to a number of customers or a complex, high-value account.

Career development professional: You’ll help individuals assess their own strengths, values, beliefs and situation, and connect them meaningfully to the labour market and the education system.

Chartered manager: You’ll become capable of managing complexity and delivering impact at a strategic and operational level, with management and leadership responsibility for setting and delivering organisational objectives through a range of functions.

Customer service specialist: You’ll work as an advocate of customer service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints and queries.

Facilities manager: You’ll be responsible for the safe, secure and comfortable day-to-day working environment for properties, assets and services that must be fully compliant with health and safety and other legislation.
