Kleek Apprenticeships is the only national hair & beauty apprenticeship provider to be rated as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted since 2006.

Kleek Apprenticeships have been offering top-class training and development to the hair & beauty industry since 2000. We are a Government-approved training provider specialising in hair, beauty and barbering apprenticeships, providing work-based learning to apprentices in salons around the UK.

Regarded by many as the top training provider in the country after achieving all grade ones during inspections in 2006 and 2021, we are the winner of multiple training provider, educator and apprentice of the year awards including The Apprenticeship Awards Guide’s ‘Best Apprenticeship Programme in Hair and Beauty 2024. We are proud to have trained over 8,000 apprentices across more than 800 salons and spas!

Our innovative Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) has been developed to make the learning journey as engaging and as smooth as possible for everyone involved, it is home to hundreds of virtual learning resources including videos, interactive learning modules and texts. Our apprentices have everything they need in their home at a click of a button.

The VLE is accessible 24 hours a days, 7 days a week and can be used by apprentices, employers and educators to help everyone achieve their goals. Over 20 years of experience in education has taught us that a salon’s greatest asset will always be its people. So, we have made it our mission to offer top-quality education that not only teaches technical skills, but prepares apprentices for a successful career within their industry.

There are a wide range of apprenticeships available, all centred around practical work-based learning. Instead of taking time out of work for days in college, we will assign you and your salon a dedicated Kleek Apprenticeships Educator. They will plan and oversee your tailor-made learning programme and offer support and guidance both online and face to face.

As your training will be work-based, you will need to find a salon to take you on. We have a dedicated recruitment officer on-hand to help you find one.
